Note of interest: Sgt. Terry Akers, has arrived home after serving three years in the Paramedic Airborne Ranger with special forces at Ft. Bragg, N.C. His father, Everett Akers, flew to Indiana to meet him. While there they visited relatives of both Mr. and Mrs. Everett Akers before driving home. Terry has entered the University of Oregon for pre-med studies. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Everett Akers.
