Visiting at Harry McKneely and Son Funeral Home, Ponchatoula, 8:30 a.m. to religious services at 11 a.m. Thursday, conducted by the Rev. Jimmy Wall. Interment in Wetmore Cemetery. Survived by three sons, Bobby Jenkins, Waggaman, Jesse Jenkins, Ponchatoula, and Thomas Jenkins, Memphis, Tenn.; five daughters, Sarah Wall, Springfield, Annie Mae Vicknair, Ponchatoula, Linda Prine, Independence,andEvon Schliegelmeyer and Peggy Poche, both of Ponchatoula; 23 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by husband, Robert Jenkins; a grandchild, Beverly Jenkins; four brothers, Hasten, Lem, Carl and Jesse Shelton;and two sisters,Almitty Craig and Pauline Haggard.
