Lorenzo McFadden, 81, retired, died Friday at 2:20 a.m. at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Frances Belle Hurry, three and one-half miles northeast of Eaton.
Surviving besides Mrs. Hurry are four other daughters, Mrs. Marvel Taylor, Mrs. Madge Burling and Mrs. Lillie Modglin, all of Muncie, and Mrs. Vera May, of Lakeville, Ind.; and three sons, Clarence McFadden of Boswell, Ind., and L.J. and Mac McFadden, both of Muncie.
Mr. McFadden had been ill a long time. Funeral services will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. Sunday at the Meeks Mortuary, Rev. E.F. Daugherty in charge. Burial will be in Elm Ridge Cemetery. Friends may call at the mortuary.
