Henry Madrid Guzman Sr.
Henry Madrid Guzman Sr., 78 died in Wittmann, Ariz. on April 16, 2003 after a courageous battle with cancer.
Henry was born May 28, 1924 in Mesa, Ariz. He was a business owner, reti Union Carpenter and served in the Army during WWII and Korean War. He was a combat veteran with the Red Devil Battalion a recipient of five Bronze Stars.
Preceded in death by mother; Guadalupe Madrid, father; Jose Guzman, sister; Ada Farr, uncle; Felix Madrid, Nephew; Ron Davis, Great-niece; Heather Farr and many other aunts and uncles.
Henry is survived by his sons, John, Henry Jr. and Jack Guzman; stepdaughter Marisela, sister Margie Finch, brother Ben Guzman, 12 grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews and his great friend and companion, Doris Lamphere.
Graveside Services will be held April 24, 2003, at 10 a.m. at the
National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona
23029 N. Cave Creek Rd, Phoenix, AZ.
