JONES - On October 18, 1961, at 4 p.m. at the Veterans Hospital in Lebanon, Samuel G. Jones, husband of Sarah Wagner Jones, 1432 West Philadelphia Street, aged 67 years, 10 months and 14 days.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral services Saturday at 2 p.m. at the Robert F. Koller Funeral Home, 2000 West Market Street. Interment in St. Paul's (Dubs') Church Cemetery, Hanover.
Remains will lie in state from 1 p.m. Saturday until the services. There will be no evening viewing.

Samuel G. Jones

Samuel G. Jones, husband of Sarah Wagner Jones, 1432 West Philadelphia Street, died at 4 p.m. yesterday at the Veterans Hospital in Lebanon. He was 67.
He was a navy veteran of World War I and a member of the Codorus Council 115, Junior Order, United American Mechanics.
Surviving besides his widow are a son, Dale S. Jones, 1706 Orange Street, a daughter, Mrs. Joseph Wolfe, York R.D. 6; five sisters, Mrs. Mary Seibel, Glen Rock R.D. 3; Mrs. Charles Sechrist, Glen Rock R.D. 1; Mrs. Henry Rohrbaugh, Glen Rock; Mrs. John Mellinger and Mrs. Sallie Orwig, both of New Freedom R.D. 1; three brothers, Jacob Jones, Glen Rock R.D. 2 and John Jones and Joshua Jones, both of New Freedom, and a granddaughter.
Funeral services will be conducted by the Rev. G. E. Miller, retired pastor of St. James Lutheran Church, assisted by the Rev. Richard Shanabrook, pastor, at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Robert F. Koller Funeral Home, 2000 West Market Street. Interment will be in St. Paul's (Dub's) Church Cemetery, Hanover.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Cancer Society.
