Note: BIOGRAPHY: WILLIAM DALE WALKER "Dale", was a Pharmacist and founded and operated C&D Drug in Russellville, Pope County, Arkansas. He was a Pharmacist in the U.S. Army Air Corps during World War II and was stationed at Luke Field, Arizona. His son's, Robert Dale Walker and Roy Dean Walker became Registered Pharmacist and were co-owners in C&D Drug Stores. At one time, they operated Drug Stores in Russellville, Atkins and Plainview, Arkansas.
