Forsyth, Helen Chamberlin. Departed this life on Sunday, April 24, 1938 at Washington, D.C. after a long illness, Helen Chamberlin Forsyth, beloved wife of the late Janvier Howard Forsyth and daughter of the late Captain Lowell A. Chamberlin, United States Army and Mary E. Bent.

Mrs. Forsyth leaves two sisters, Mrs. James Flack Norris of 290 Commonwealth Avenue, Boston, Massachusetts and Mrs. Henry Wyllys Hodges of the Ontario, Washington, D.C.; a brother, Lowell A. Chamberlin, also of Washington; sister-in-law, Mrs. Margaret Forsyth Munday of New York City and relatives in Philadelphia, Wilmington and Baltimore. Funeral services at Gawler's Chapel, 1750 Pennsylvania Avenue Northwest on Tuesday, April 26 at 2PM. Interment private, Oak Hill Cemetery, The Rev. William Curtis White of St. John's Church officiating.
