Moselle Budge 1940 ~ 2005 SALT LAKE CITY- Moselle Budge, 64, former Paris, Idaho resident passed away Monday, August 29, 2005, at the Logan Regional Hospital in Logan, Utah. She was born November 6, 1940, in Montpelier, Idaho, the daughter of Cyril Spencer and Orissa Moselle Michaelson Budge. Funeral services will be held Thursday, Sept. 1, 2005, at 12:00 noon in the Paris LDS Church with Bishop Joel Packham conducting. Friends may call Thursday from 10:30-11:30 a.m. at the church.
