GREEN COUNTY KENTUCKY OBITUARY – 1931
John Robert Bell, born February 24, 1860 - died February 2, 1931 married first Miss Anna Mudd who lived only a few years after their marriage. They had one daughter Miss Lillie Bell who survives with her family consisting of Mr. Lotten Gumm, their 5 children and 7 great-grandchildren. Mr. Bell's 2nd marriage was to Miss Loella Hamilton, to this union were born 2 daughters, Miss Pearl Bell and Mrs. Betty Bell Blakeman, all of these and 1 sister Mrs. Richard Bell, 5 brothers; Frank, Sam, George, Will and the Rev Hugh Bell survive. Within 3 days of Mr. John Bell's death his brother Sam Bell also died. John Bell was buried in the Hamilton Cemetery. - supplied by Francie Ede
