Son of Frank Albert Hobbs & Louise (Lydia) Wells.He was a World War I veteran. He, at one time, sang and danced in vaudeville. A 32nd degree Mason and a Shriner. Married two times..first time to Olga Brunsell in 1920 for approx. 10 years...no children found. The second time to Catherine Folos on May 10, 1942 in Lake County, Indiana and had one daughter born in 1943.. Worked for many years as a private chauffeur and later as a bank guard at Harris Bank in Chicago. He was cremated in Bradenton, FL and the ashes were shipped to Chicago for interment in the Hobbs family plot.
