South Vietnam President. He served as President of the Republic of South Vietnam from October 31 1967 to April 21 1975. He was the third to last President of the Republic of South Vietnam. He was followed by Tran Van Huong who served from April 21 1975 to April 28 1975 and then by Duong Van Minh who served from April 28 1975 to the fall of Saigon on April 30 1975.
