Linnie Allen 87 of DeSoto was born April 24, 1924 in Gordonville, TX. She passed away June 28, 2011 in Kaufman, TX. Preceded in death by her husband, W. L. Allen and daughter, Barbara Hacsi, she is survived by her daughters, Ginger and husband, Don McMillon of Scurry, and Patricia Goodpaster of Richardson, grandchildren, Keith Hacsi, Cindy Thorn, and Debbie Matthews, Charlene Hershon all of Richardson, Donnie McMillon of Scurry, Scotty Neasbitt of Conneticut, sister, Dee Tiner of Irving, and brother, Ervin and wife, Leona Allen of Scurry, a number of great, great-great grandchildren, and many friends and additional family. The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday (7/1) at the funeral home with Funeral Services at 2 :00 P.M. Saturday, July 2, 2011 in the West/Hurtt Chapel. Interment will follow in Wheatland Cemetery in Dallas.
