Muncie Woman Dies In Crash
Mrs. Helen Snider Victim of Florida Auto Accident
Mrs. Helen Snider, 33, wife of Maurice Snider, 121 N. Cherry St., was killed in an automobile accident at St. Augustine, Fla., Tuesday afternoon, relatives here were advised today. Mr. Snider suffered facial lacerations but is not believed seriously injured.
The Muncie couple left last Saturday morning for a vacation trip through Florida. Meade Snider, a brother of Maurice, said he had talked with his brother this morning but didn't learn the details of the accident. Meade Snider was to fly to Florida this afternoon.
Mrs. Snider formerly was employed at the Sears Roebuck store here and was widely known.
She is survived by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Myers of Upland; three brothers, Robert Myers of Hartford City, and Lloyd and Joe Myers of Muncie, and a sister, Sue Myers, at home.
The body will be returned to Muncie.
