ALVORD, Irving C., age 73, of 2812 Iron St., passed away Sat., April 23. Mr. Alvord was a life time resident of this community and a member of Nooksack Valley Lodge No. 105 F & AM. He was a retired furniture salesman. Surviving are his wife, Gladys; 3 sons, Cecil of Atlanta, Georgia, Reg. of Bellingham and Ron of Butte Falls, Oregon; 10 grandchildren; 1 brother, Herb Alvord of Bellingham. Services will be held Tuesday, April 25 at 10:30 a.m. at the Jones Funeral Home, Rev. Neal E. Snider officiating. Interment Woodlawn Cemetery.
