WILLIAM ANDERS SUCCUMBS AFTER BRIEF ILLNESS
William Anders, sixty-six years old, a life-long resident of this community, died at his home here Wednesday night after an illness of less than a week from pneumonia. Funeral services will be held at the home Saturday afternoon at 1:30, Rev. H. H. Senne of First Evangelical Church officiating. Mr. Anders was born in Marshall County July 19, 1858, and had spent his entire life in or near Bremen. He was united in marriage March 12, 1890, with Minnie Butcher, who survives with their three daughters, Mrs. J. C. Rachor and Mrs. Arthur Romel of Michigan City and Mrs. Edith Miller of south of Bremen. He leaves also his granddaughter, Evelyn Barts, who has made her home with her grandparents for several years, and two grandsons. There is also one brother, James Anders, of Plymouth.
