Patsy S. Choate, age 71 of Cambridge City, Indiana and formerly of Dubois, Indiana died at 4:05 a.m. (Wednesday, January 28, 2009) in St. Frances Hospital, Indianapolis, Indiana.

She was born at Harlan, Kentucky on January 30, 1937 to Hamp and Mildred (Sargent) Hensley.

Patsy retired from Memorial Hospital and Health Care Center in Jasper where she worked in skilled Care Unit for many years.

Funeral services for Patsy S. Choate will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday (February 3, 2009) at the Becher-Kluesner North Chapel with entombment to follow in Fairview Cemetery Mausoleum. Rev. Darrell Wineinger will officiate.

Friends may call from 2-8 p.m. Monday (February 2, 2009) at the Becher-Kluesner North Chapel in Jasper and on Tuesday from 8:00 a.m. until service time at the funeral home.
