GRANBURY - Goldie York Higgins, a retired artist, died Saturday at a Granbury nursing home. She was 100.
Graveside service will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Restland Cemetery in Dallas.
Wiley Funeral Home in Granbury is in charge of arrangements.
Miss Higgins graduated from Southern Methodist University with an engineering degree.
She earned a master's degree in horticulture and flower arrangement.
One of her paintings hangs in the Excelsior Hotel's Governor's Suite in Jefferson.She was a member of First United Methodist Church in Dallas.
Survivors: One nephew, Gerald York of Granbury.
