Thomas Brown died Monday, January 12, 2009 at his residence. He was a native of Bryan County and a lifelong resident of Savannah. He was retired as a Merchant Marine and was a member of Ferguson Avenue Baptist Church.
He is survived by two daughters, Tresia Oliver, and Janice Branch, both of Rincon, and one son, Thomas R. Brown, of Savannah, one sister, Wilma Lewis, of Statesboro, 8 grandchildren, several great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Was married to Mary Jane Sessions. Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m., Thursday, January 15, 2009 at Ferguson Avenue Baptist Church. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.

SISTERS: Wilma B Lewis, Mildred Brown, Edna Mae Allen. BROTHER: Clyde Madison Brown.
