He belonged to the Assembly of God Church. Albert Lea Minn. On Feb. 14, 1947, he married Doris Crawford

He was preceded in death by a son, Richard Avery; five brothers; and three sisters. Funeral was at 2 p.m Wednesday. April 21. at Assembly of God Church, Albert Lea, with the Rev. Lynn Hayes and Loren Molskness presiding. Burial was in Hollandale Cemetery, Hollandale. Minn. Bayview/Freeborn Funeral Home, Albert Lea, was in charge of arrangements
