Mary Frances Slezak DeMoor, 49, of Georgetown, wife of Stephen Jacob DeMoor, died Sunday, May 1, 2011.
She was the daughter of Edward and Frances Slezak, Scottsdale, AZ and was a member of St. Luke Catholic Church, in Nicholasville.
Funeral services will be 11 AM Saturday at St. Luke Catholic Church, in Nicholasville.
Burial will follow in the Calvary Cemetery, in Lexington.
Visitation will be from 5 until 9 PM Friday at the church.
A fund has been set up in the name of Stephen DeMoor at First Southern National Bank, Lexington, Kentucky. Proceeds of the fund will be used to help the family.
