Harry L. Hart, 78, of the Greenville Brethren Home, died Saturday at 2:30 p.m.
in Greenville Wayne Hospital. Born in Miami County, Nov. 7, 1895, he was a son
of Clarence and Myrtle McMaken Hart. He was married to Harriet N. Snyder who
survives him. He was a member of the Piqua Church of the Brethren and had been a
conductor on the Dayton-Troy Traction Line. Later he was employed by the Miami
County Farm Bureau. Surviving him are two children, Mrs. Donald Minton (Wilma),
Tipp City and Edwin L. Hart, Phoenix, Ariz.; a foster son, Donald W. Carson,
Lena; a daughter-in-law, Mrs. Betty Hart, Covington; two sisters, Miss Hazel
Hart, Piqua, and Mrs. A. J. Yearsley (Margaret), Dayton; 12 grandchildren, and
18 great grandchildren. Two sons preceded him in death. Funeral services will
be conducted Thursday at 1 p.m. in the Jamieson Funeral Home by the Revs.
Richard Cottrill and Thomas Bowman. Burial will be in Forest Hill Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home Wednesday from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m.
