DAVENPORT - Bernice I. Murphy, 79, of Davenport, died Sunday at her home.
Graveside services will be 2:30 p.m. Monday at Davenport Memorial Park.
Visitation in noon to 2 p.m. Monday at Weerts Funeral Home, Davenport.
She retired from Continental Bakery, Davenport.
Bernice Hunter married Thomas Murphy in 1936 in Galesburg, Ill. He died in 1992.
She enjoyed gardening, her family and her pets.
Memorials may be made to the Scott County Visiting Nurses Association Hospice.
Survivors include sons, Thomas, Davenport, John, Palatine, Ill., and Dan, Davenport; four grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and sisters, Dorothy Clemons, Davenport, and Barbara Spina, Liberty, N.Y.
