O. D. Brictson, 84, of Madson, a retired farmer, died Thursday at a hospital after a long illness.
Mr. Brictson was born in the town of Cottage Grove, farmed in the town of Deerfield, for many years, and 38 years ago moved to Madison.
Survivors are his wife; two, daughters, Mrs. Hugh P. Bliss and Mrs. Richard J. Lynch, Madison; 13 grandchildren and four great grandchildren; and a sister, Mrs. Belle Wulff, Albert Lea, Minn.
Funeral services will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. in the Fitch-Lawrence funeral home. The Rev. E. E. Harth will officiate and burial will be in Roselawn Memorial Park.
