Amy Is my grandmother she was my best friend and my second mother . Amy was born in Delhi Township to Hattie V. Warner Neihart and Daniel Neihart Her older sister Gladys helped at her birth My Grandma was a student at north school and attended Miller road bible church . She was raised by her step father Bill Daft she was his only child he loved her very much . She was named after her grandmother Amy Smith Neihart . She married my Grandfather Robert Marcus Wiborn December 23 1936 In Holt Michigan they had four children

To many grandchildren to list
She also helped to raise other people's friends and family's children in a time of need. She loved to garden and plant flowers , she loved the color Red any and everything red. She loved her family and she was funny and sweet . SHe use to enjoy watching my uncle and grandfather at the race track with her big paper sack of popcorn .
Sadly my grandmother passed away of colon cancer when I was 18 .When they found The cancer they gave her a week But she hung on for 5 weeks my mother and father moved in to the farm with her for a short time to give her 24 hour care they stayed right by her side.She is deeply missed and loved.
