Funeral services for Charley Wesley Brown, of John's Island, will be held this afternoon at 3 o'clock at Pentacostal Holiness Church, Mt. Pleasant, with the Rev. A. L. Williams officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Pleasant church yard, Stuhrs announced.
Mr. Brown was born in Berkeley County, Aug 8, 1880. He was employed as a carpenter.
Surviving are three sons, William C. Brown of Mt. Pleasant; Henry A. Brown of Naval Base; and Wesley F. Brown, with the United States Army in Europe; a daughter, Mrs. O.H. Leggette, of Summerville; and twelve grandchildren.
