Fern was born on March 11, 1925 in Bryson, Texas to Arthur Vick and Ira Jarnagin Vick.
She was a longtime resident of Hamilton and was a member of St Mary's Episcopal Church.
Fern married William Milford Boase on December 10, 1946 in Graham, Texas, and they were married for 59 years.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Arthur and Ira Vick; husband, William Milford Boase; son,
William Michael Boase; daughter, Paula June Boase; sister, June Williams; brother-in-law, Arthur H. Boase.
Fern attended North Texas State University. She was an accountant and retired from General American Oil Company. Fern was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother.
