Anne M. Flees, age 82, of Rosholt, WI, passed away on Tuesday, Nov. 12, 2002, at her home. Services were held at St. Adalbert Catholic Church in Rosholt, the Rev. Marcin Mankowski officiated. Burial held in the parish cemetery.

Mrs. Flees was born Feb. 27, 1920, in the town of New Hope, a daughter of the late John and Eva (Bushman) Yenter Sr. She attended Hamilton and St. Adalbert Catholic schools. She was married to Alois Flees on Sept. 21, 1936, at St. Adalbert Catholic Church in Rosholt. He died April 22, 1998. They owned and operated dairy and potato farms until they retired in 1972. She was a member of the St. Adalbert Rosary Society.

Survivors include five sons, Ambrose (Phyllis), Rosholt, Leonard, Plainfield, Larry (Cathy), Greenfield, Henry (Dorothy), Amherst Junction, and Alois Jr. (Laura), Menomonee Falls; six daughters, Marge (Norm) Biadasz and Ann (Ron) Trzebiatowski, both of Amherst, Caroline (Chester) Eron, Junction City, Eleanor (Dave) Richter and Helen (Ron) Pliska, both of Rosholt, and Bernadette (Bob) Ward, Pendleton, OR; one sister, Esther (Joe) Flees, Rosholt; two brothers, John Jr. (Gladys) Yenter, Rosholt, and Casimer Yenter, Stevens Point; 36 grandchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by one son, Florian; two sisters, Angeline Lepak and Rose Wiza; one grandson; and one great-grandson.
