Jane Andreason 1924 ~ 2007 Jane Johnson Andreason, 82, died at Blue Grouse Health Care Center in Fort Collins, Colorado on Monday January 22, 2007.
Jane was born in Holden, Utah on February 26, 1924 to Don and Alice Johnson. She lived in Tooele and Fillmore, UT. Having graduated from Millard High School in Fillmore, Jane attended Brigham Young University and later graduated from Utah State University. In 1948, she married Robert Andreason in Salt Lake City, UT.
Jane was in charge of the branch libraries for Utah State University. She was a technical librarian for the US Army and was the USAF Base Librarian at installations in Washington State and Minnesota. Jane enjoyed playing contract bridge and had a special love for dogs. She took pleasure in crafts and cooking and she also enjoyed dancing.
Jane is survived by her husband, Robert "Bob"; son Paul (Cynthia) of Kensington, MD; three grandchildren: Phillip, Stuart and Claire; and her sister, Margie Barnes of Sandy, UT.
Cremation has been completed and private family services are being planned. Donations in Jane's memory may be made to the Larimer Humane Society, 6317 Kyle Avenue, Fort Collins, Colorado 80525.
