Iva Jo Botkin was born on June 4, 1928 in Mexico, she died on December 4, 2007 in Grand Junction Colorado.
She was married to John Botkin for 58 years.
John and Iva raised their 3 children, Steve Botkin of Grand Junction CO. Mike Botkin of Ormond Beach FL. and Velma Edstrom of Grand Junction CO. She was a homemaker and also worked for eleven years at Hawthorn Elementary as a library aide.
John was a veteran of the U.S. Army, serving in the Paific during WW11. He worked for Missouri Farmer's Assn. , Archer Daniels and opened his own grain inspection service until his retirement.
In addition to their children, they are survived by seven grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
