Thomas K. Collier

Thomas K. Collier was born near Yancey, Va., July 9, 1882, and died at his home near McGaheysville May 2, 1923. He was 41 years, 10 months and 7 days. He is survived by his wife and daughter; one sister, Mrs. C. C. Atkins, of Pearisburg, Va., who was at his bedside during a long period of his illness and when he died; A. J. Collier, of Battleground, Ind.; B. F. Collier, of Brookston, Ind., and W. G. Collier, of Harrisonburg.

Funeral services were conducted at home at 2 p.m. Saturday by Rev. Mr. Eigh of the Methodist church, of which he was a consistent member from boyhood. Burial was in McGaheysville cemetery.
