Muriel Aileen Jackman Andrus Brown was the daughter of Percy William Jackman (1892 – 1953) and Bessie Eliza Bailey (31 July 1890 – 1958). She was the sister of William Gerald Jackman (18 April 1921 – 16 October 1999) who was married to Lenore Ivy Edith Fausett (21 May 1924 – 22 June 2019).

ANDRUS, Aileen Jackman-82, of W. Stewart Avenue, died Sunday, June 17, 2001 at Presbyterian Hospital, Charlotte, due to complications from open heart surgery. She was born February 9, 1919 in Wellman's Corners, Ontario, Canada and was the daughter of the late William Percy and Bessie Buntain Jackman. She was a beloved mother and homemaker and a member of First Baptist Church, Mooresville where she attended the Dorcas/T.E.L. Sunday School class. She has also been employed as a nurse's assistant at Lake Norman Regional Medical Center where she served as a Pink Lady volunteer for over 15 years.
