Musician. Born Theodore Salvatore Fiorito in Newark, New Jersey, he was a pianist, composer and big bandleader. For much of the 1930s and 1940s, he with his band toured throughout the US and appeared on "The Hollywood Hotel" radio program. His catalog of classic written standard songs include "Charlie My Boy," "Now That Your Gone", "When Lights Are Low", "I'm Sorry Sally" and "Toot Toot Tootsie". He died in Scottsdale, Arizona, and is a member of the Songwriters Hall of Fame.
