Mrs. Bernice Adams Cade, 50 of Blackshear, passed away early Thursday morning, April 14, 2011, at the Satilla Regional Medical Center.

Born in Providence, RI on March 14, 1961, she had lived in Blackshear for most of her life. She was a homemaker and was a member of Big Creek Primitive Baptist Church where she was a deaconist. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother who were loved by everyone.

She was a daughter of the late Ira & Annie Frances Fields Adams.

Survivors include her husband, Tony Cade of Blackshear; four sons and two daughters-in-law, Brandon & Robin Cade of Covington, GA, Shaun & Victoria Cade, Josh Cade and Adrian Cade all of Blackshear; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Ann & Ronald Hayes of Blackshear and Euna Mae & Kenneth Cox of Waycross; four brothers and sisters-in-law, Sam & Louise Adams of Lawrenceville, GA, Johnny & Pam Adams of Vidalia, Kenny & Jean Adams of Alabama and Pat & Lynn Adams of Waycross; her mother-in-law, Minnie Cade of Blackshear; 6 grandchildren, Jayce Sexton, Ciara Jones, Baileigh Tanner, Camryn Cade, Austin Cade and Kaleb Cade and several nieces, nephews & other relatives.

Memorials may be made to the Cade Family at 4335 Money Hole Road, Blackshear, GA 31516.

Visitation for Mrs. Cade will be held Saturday evening (April 16, 2011) from 6 pm to 8 pm at the funeral home.

Funeral services for Mrs. Cade will be held at 4:00 o'clock Sunday (April 17, 2011) from the Big Creek Primitive Baptist Church.

Interment will be in the Big Creek Cemetery.
