Helen was a graduate of Mary Cliff High School and married her childhood sweetheart in 1941. Most of her career was spent in the insurance business in Spokane.
She was preceded in death by her husband Don in 2004. She is survived by her daughter, Donna M. Casey and one grandson, Shawn M. Casey, both of Spokane; son, Wayne L. (Ardys) Amundson, of Kirkland, WA; sister, Aveline Ebright and brother, Jimmy Breen, both of Spokane; numerous cousins, nieces and nephews throughout the country; numerous step grandchildren and a step great-grandchild.
