My Grandma was the daughter of Dennis Thomas Stokes and Muriel Ida Sites.

She married Frederick Samuel Albert on 03 August 1940 in Charlottesville, Va. They raised five children. Their oldest son was Frederick Samuel Albert, Jr.

My Grandma was a longtime member of First Christian Church in Charlottesville, Va. She was a Sunday school teacher there and taught my class when I was a child. In her later years she attended Glory Baptist Church in Appomattox, Va.

My Grandma is one of the greatest women I have ever known and one of my heroes. She loved her family very much. I miss you Grandma.
