Rosalie is survived by her mom, Ellen Seaman of St. Ignatius, MT; brothers, Melvin Seaman of St. Ignatius, and Kennith Seaman of Blackfoot, ID; sisters, Carol Black of Portland, OR, Larena Mack of Seattle, WA and Shirley Tweed of Tacoma, WA; husband Burl Parrish of Klamath Falls; daughter, Melissa Parrish of Portland,; son Vance Parrish of Tangent, OR; and grandsons, Tad and Toby Parrish and granddaughter, Tia Parrish of Tangent.
Rosalie had a passion for helping children learn, and got her teaching certificate at the University of Montana Western, Dillon, MT. She taught school in Great Falls, Superior and Joplin, MT before moving to Oregon. She taught school in Klamath County for approximately 13 years at Chiloquin, Shasta and Peterson elementary schools.
