ANNABEL ELLIOTT BRUCKER

Annabel was born in Cropsey, Illinois, on January 21, 1921, to Charles Edgar and Elsie Blanche (Watkins) Elliott. She and her husband, Ralph were married in 1941. They began their marriage on a family farm in Cropsey. In 1957 they moved their family to Ontario, California. Annabel taught Special Education for 28 years in the Ontario Montclair School District. She retired in 1985 to enjoy and take care of Ralph until his death in 1991. She enjoyed good health through her 90 years and many activities which included traveling with Ralph and later with family and friends. Annabel was admired and dearly loved by her children, Audrey (Paul) Dryden, Stephen (Sandra) Brucker, Loren (Sandra) Brucker, Bob (Brenda) Beck, and Mary (Lawery) Tanner. She was Nana to ten grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held from 4-7 P.M., Wednesday, April 6, 2011, at Draper Mortuary. A Service celebrating her life will be at 10:00 A.M. on Thursday, April 7, 2011, at Belleview Mausoleum. Donations can be made in Annabel's name to any Veteran's organization or the American Heart Association . Published in Inland Valley Daily Bulletin on April 6, 2011.
