Lola P. Wolfrey
Lola Perry Wolfrey, 88, of Spotsylvania County died Thursday, March 11, 2010, at her home.
Mrs. Wolfrey was a member of Zion United Methodist Church.
Survivors include her husband of 68 years, John R. Wolfrey; her daughter, Mary Wilkerson of Spotsylvania; her son, John K. Wolfrey and his wife, Diana, of Spotsylvania; three grandchildren, Susan Wolfrey Hinz of Houston, Texas, John Robert Wilkerson of Spotsylvania, and Rob Wolfrey of Spotsylvania; two great-grandchildren, Elizabeth and Wilson Hinz; one sister, Hett Burgess of Baltimore, Md.; two brothers, Wrase and Crismond Perry of Spotsylvania; and several nieces and nephews.
A funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, March 15, at Covenant Funeral Service, Fredericksburg Chapel, with the Rev. Barbara M. Jacobs officiating. Interment will follow in the Confederate Cemetery close to historic Spotsylvania Court House.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to Zion United Methodist Church, 8700 Courthouse Road, Spotsylvania, Va. 22553.
