SAGOLA - Marcia R. Angeloff, 64, of Sagola Township, passed away on Sunday, March 20, 2011, at Pinecrest Medical Care Facility in Powers.

Marcia was born Feb. 28, 1947, in Chicago, daughter of the late Raymond and Ethel (Smith) Whitman. She graduated from Oak Park High School in 1965 and went on to obtain an associate degree in office administration.

Marcia married Frank P. Angeloff on Jan. 9, 1988, in Crystal Falls. She worked as a secretary for a construction company for a few years before taking a position at Maryhill Manor in Niagara as a certified nurse's assistant. She also worked at Victorian Pines Assisted Living as a medical secretary for many years.

Marcia enjoyed going fishing with Frank and spending time with family, especially her grandchildren.

She is survived by her husband, Frank; two sons, David (Natalie) James III of Orange County, Calif. and Trevor (Christy) James of Grayslake, Ill. and four grandchildren, Noah, Hannah, Grace and Charlotte James.

Visitation will be Saturday from 10 a.m. to 12 noon at the First Covenant Church in Iron Mountain.

Funeral services will follow Saturday at 12 noon at the church. Rev. Peter Erickson will officiate.

Burial will be in the Channing Cemetery.
