Operatic bass and voice teacher. Moscona began his operatic career in his native, Athens, Greece, and his New York Metropolitan Opera debut as Ramfils in 1937, he spent the next 25 years singing Mephistopheles, the Grand Inquisitor, as well as many other bass roles.
