Fond du Lac Reporter, Jan. 30, 2002. Lilliana V. Stenz, 84, of 145 W. Church St., Oakfield, died Mon. Jan. 28, 2002, at St. Agnes Hospital. She was born July 3, 1917, in Campbellsport, the daughter of August and Theresa Koch Hoerth. On Apr. 14, 1936, she married Victor Stenz at St. John's Church in Woodhull. Mrs. Stenz was a member of Sons of Zebedee Parish‑St. James Church. She was formerly employed by Romart Manf. of Oakfield for 20 years. Lillian was a member of VFW Post No. 8902 Auxiliary and the Altar Society. She was a frequent volunteer for many church and civic projects.

She is survived by her husband; three daughters, Delores Kraus and her husband Oscar, of Fond du Lac, Patricia Seliga and her husband, Joseph, of Trenton NJ and Linda Feucht and her husband, Alan, of Mayville; three sons, Robert Stenz and his wife, Sandy, of Eldorado, John Stenz and his wife, Barbara, of North Fond du Lac, and James Stenz and his wife, Helen, of Fond du Lac. Lillian is further survived by 15 grandchildren; 13 great‑grandchildren, one brother, Victor Hoerth and his wife, Barb, of Fond du Lac; three sisters, Lucille Swick of Crivitz, twins, Marina Powers of Mayville, and Bernice Dill and her husband, Robert, of Kiel.

She was preceded in death by her parents; one son, Daniel; five sisters and three brothers. Liturgy of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. Fri. Feb. 1, at Sons of Zebedee Parish‑St. James Church in Oakfield. The Rev. Jerome Wagner will officiate and inurnment of cremated remains will be in Avoca Cemetery. Visitation for Mrs. Liliana V. Stenz will be held 9 to 11 .am. Fri. Feb. 1, at the church. A memorial has been established. Uecker‑Witt Funeral Home is serving the family.
