Nila Wallin Barratt "Gram" Our wonderful "Gram" passed away peacefully in her sleep on May 22, 2008. At the age of 83 she once again showed all of us how life should be lived.

What can you say about a lady that has been described as "A salty old gal!" Nila has by her own admission led a very full life. She had done everything she wanted to do and then some. Mostly she was "Gram"- the person that could be counted on to add a dimension to life that taught us all how to live life with gusto.

Nila was preceded in death by the love of her life, her teddy bear, Mark D. Barratt.

She is survived by her children, Sharon Koos, Marsha Nielson, Melanie Sorensen, and Robert Barratt; 12 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren.

A viewing will be held Tuesday, May 27, 2008 from 2-3 p.m., a Tribute service will follow the viewing at Jenkins-Soffe Funeral Home, 4760 South State, Murray.

As per her request, cremation will follow services.

A celebration of Nila's life will be held at the home of Bill and Sharon Koos following the tribute service.

Everyone is encouraged to attend.
