Hilda G. Biggs age 90, of Plainfield, died on February 13, 2011 in Hendricks Regional Health in Danville. She was born on February 9, 1921 in Shepardsville, Indiana to Robert and Alice Williamson. She was the widow of Edmund Biggs.
Hilda was a secretary for the General at stout field for several years before retirement in 1980. She was a member of the Plainfield Christian Church and the Plainfield Order of Eastern Star # 414.
Calling hours will be from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, February 16, 2011 in the Hall-Baker Funeral Home, Plainfield. Funeral services will be 10 a.m. on Thursday, February 17, 2011 in the funeral home with Rev. Steve White officiating. Graveside services will take place at 1 p.m. on Thursday in Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Terre Haute. Survivors include her son, Larry Biggs; and 2 grandchildren.
