Willie Ruth was the twin of Winnie Rubie Rooks Fort (died 1936) & youngest daughter of Benjamin James Rooks & Mary Frances Allen, who are buried in Fairview Cemetery, Bastrop. Ben Rooks, son of William B & Nannie Hollier from Georgia, arrived in Smithville, Texas between 1871-1880.
