Sandy was and the daughter of Samuel and Fay Shaw, the former wife of Gerald Leon and the mother of Ronald and William Leon.
She tried to be a good mom and loved her sons very much. She was an animal lover to her core and would do anything she could to help a stray cat or dog find a good home... including taking them in herself! She had a beautiful orange tabby cat named Pumpkin who lived with my aunt and his cat cousin, Jennifer, until he joined Mom at Rainbow Bridge in 2010.
