Marion was the daughter of the late David Franklin & Mary 'aka Mayme' 'Zeigler' Sarge. Her first husband Christ L Lehner died in 1963. Also a sister Ann R 'Sarge' died in 1917, a brother Daniel L Sarge died in 1981. Surviving are siblings: Oliver Francis Sarge; Earl David Sarge; Helen K 'Sarge' Zigner; Sarah T 'Sarge'; Donald W Sarge; William F Sarge; Franklin Sarge. Marion married second, William H Renn Jr.
