NOTICE TO CREDITORS-- Pursuant to an order of Hon. Edward A Washburn, Surrogate of the County of Genesee, notice is hereby given to all parties having claims or demands against Louis J Bauer, late of the town of Batavia, in said county, deceased, that they are required to exhibit the same with the vouchers therfor to Mary Elizabeth Bauer, the executrix of the last will and testament of the said deceased, at the law office of N. K. Cone, over 98 Main street, in the village of Batavia, in said county, on or before 20th day of Paril, 1912.
