Mrs. Barron D. Caldwell

Mrs. Barron D. (Elverdia Louise) Caldwell, 95, of RD 1, New Florence, died Thursday, May 11, 1972 at the Shawley Nursing Home, Youngstown.

She was born Sept. 20, 1876 in Bolivar, a daughter of the late Benjamin and Margaret (Deemer) Lear.

Preceded in death by her husband and two sons, Alphus and Frank, she is survived by these children; Mrs. Margaret Yaney of Tucson, Ariz.; Marie, David and Homer, all of RD 1, New Florence and Laurence of Brush Valley; 21 grandchildren, 34 great-grandchildren and several great-great-grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. Lulu Newbould and Mrs. Agnes Tantlinger, both of RD 1, Bolivar.

Funeral service was held at the Kenneth A. Stuart Funeral Home, New Florence, Sunday, the Rev. Richard T. Ebel in charge.

Interment followed in Fairfield Cemetery.
