Clara (Bolerjack) McClearn, 83, Kansas City, MO, passed away January 26, 1997, at Truman Medical Center. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Thursday, January 30, at the Morning Star Baptist Church; burial will be in Triune Cemetery, Triune, TN. Visitation will be 9-11 a.m. Thursday, at the church.
Mrs. McClearn was born in Eagleville, TN, and had lived in the Kansas City area for 61 years. She retired from the Osco Drug Co. She was married for 43 years to Mr. Jesse Lee McClearn, who preceded her in death.
To this union was born one daughter. She is survived by her daughter, Wanda McClearn Johnson; three grandchildren, Phillip, Terrance and Tiffani Johnson; four great-grandchildren; a twin brother, Clarice Bolerjack, Los Angeles, CA; three sisters, Mrs. Bessie Rowland, Mrs. Frezena Simmons and Mrs. Nannie Wilkens, all of Nashville, TN; four nieces, Louise Dozier and Gloria Evans, both of Nashville, TN, Dorothy Edwards, Tyler, TX, and Helen Cooke, Memphis, TN; a nephew, Clarice Andrews, Nashville, TN; and a dear cousin, Pearl James, Kansas City, MO.
