Haysville – Doerfler, Alma Ruth, age 88, loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother passed away at Wesley Medical Center in Wichita Tuesday, February 8, 2011. Memorial service 2pm Thursday, February 17th at Haysville Healthcare Center, 215 N. Lamar, Haysville. Alma was preceded in death by her parents, John and Fleeta Mayes; 1st husband, James Floyd; 2nd husband, Preston Doerfler; grandson, Russell Bryan; 12 siblings. She is survived by her children, Barry Floyd of Loveland, CO, Steven Floyd of Cleveland, OH and Jamie Bryan of Haysville; grandchildren, Andrea (Brett) Leiker of Hutchinson, Alaynna (Aaron) Herring of Topeka and AnnElise (Matt) Irick of Derby; great-grandchildren, Ashley, Brayden, Aubrey and Brody Leiker, Riley and Abe Herring, Ben, Sam, Charlie and Henry Irick.
